Throw Throw Burrito: Extreme Outdoor Edition

Played this at a barbecue and the dodgeball twist had grown adults sprinting across the yard. The card-matching part moves fast enough that nobody gets bored waiting for a burrito throw. Genuinely the loudest, funniest hour we've had outside in ages.

The foam burritos are soft enough that you don't feel bad nailing your cousin in the back, but sturdy enough to survive being thrown across the yard all afternoon. We set up in the park and the rounds got hilariously chaotic once everyone figured out the matching pairs.

We played this at a family cookout and the card-collecting chaos got everyone off their phones and running around the yard. The burrito is soft enough that a direct hit doesn’t hurt, but firm enough to make a satisfying thud when it lands.
