Got this for a game night and the sword-smacking had everyone yelling within ten minutes. Collecting three matching sets sounds simple until you're dodging fake blades to steal the card you need. The plastic swords hold up fine even after a full evening of abuse.
The card-matching twist keeps everyone on their toes, even the adults who think they're too cool for a sword fight. We've already played three rounds tonight and the fake hitting is way more fun than I expected, especially when someone's about to win.
Got this for game night and we were howling by the third round. The whole “collect 3 sets of matching cards” goal keeps everyone moving fast, but the real fun is the fake sword smacking part.
